Jesus on Display
Communicating Christ with Grace and Confidence
Adult Sunday School Class beginning February 3
We all feel the stress of living in a world where few things seem to be steady. Observing the speed of cultural change, some sociologists have described modern society as “liquid culture.” In liquid culture, shifts happen at such speed that public institutions simply can’t keep up the pace.
While we realize that our faith in Christ is based on transcendent events orchestrated by an eternal God, we also understand that we are to work out our faith in the context of the culture around us. Therefore, understanding our times is a way to keep ourselves from bowing to idols, while also reaching to the people around us whom we are called to love.
In faithfulness to our calling as a light to the nations, MSC is offering a 16-week Adult Sunday School Class called Jesus on Display. Join us every Sunday morning at 9:30am upstairs beginning February 3!
