Rules & Entry Form

You are invited to be a part of Gingerbread Village! This display, hosted by Main Street Church, is one of the many activities that will take place during the Christmas Traditions celebration in Historic Saint Charles. This display of gingerbread creations has become a tradition for many families during the Christmas season. We welcome submissions from young and old to be a part of our culinary village. Representatives from the community participate by judging these marvelous displays and awarding prizes in four categories. In addition, during the Festival, the general public is invited to come Visit and View the Village, then Vote for their favorite to receive the “People’s Choice Award.”

The deadline for fully-completed entry forms is Wednesday November 18, 2026, but don’t wait to start thinking! A separate entry form must be submitted for each entry, if submitting multiple entries. Houses will be displayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the hours of Christmas Traditions through December 20. Click this link for the Official 2026 Rules and Regulations.
